SEALING CUSTOM PRINTED WRAPPERS
The custom printed wrappers seal at a lower temperature than the blanks, around 150*F. Swipe your sealing device quickly over the top flap and do not overheat as the wax may melt too much and affect the contents of your pack. This type of wax needs to be sealed and then be held closed for a few seconds to allow the flaps contact time to cool and stick together.
STEPS: Seal with one hand and hold it closed with your opposite hand until you feel them cooling.

The custom printed wrappers can be opened with no damage to the wrapper and resealed if necessary.

CUSTOM PRINTED WRAPPERS TURN AROUND TIME
For custom print orders you can expect roughly 1 – 2 weeks turn around time from order placement until shipping out. It can be sooner but we do not offer RUSH services. Orders are processed by the date received.
Transit time is based on your location. Delivery inside USA is roughly 1 week via USPS or UPS. Deliveries to Europe can be 2-3 weeks. In Europe as the importer you can expect some duties and VAT upon delivery.
HOW TO PRINT ON BLANK WRAPPERS
The blank wrappers are to be used in liquid inkjet printers with a top feeding straight paper path only. Print only on the matte (non waxy side).
Not for use in laser printers. Laser printers heat up to fuse the dry toner to the sheet. If there is a mis-feed they will bind inside the laser printer and become stuck. There is no way to remove them when this happens.
SEALING BLANK WRAPPERS
The blank wrappers use a different wax that seals around 250*F. This wax immediately cools and sticks after heat is removed.
